Ukrainian Prosecutor Killed in Missile Attacks
Ukrainian prosecutor Olena Maslych was killed during a Russian missile attack on the city of Kharkiv, the city where she exercised her duties.
The news was given by the regional prosecutor's office in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, through a statement to the public, expressing condolences to the prosecutor's family and friends.
"We express our condolences to the family and friends of prosecutor Olena Maslych, who was killed in a Russian missile attack. Leaders and staff of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office are deeply saddened by her murder. She was a prosecutor of the Shevenchkov Department from the Kupyan district of the Kharkiv region," the statement said.
Maslych was killed on November 20 during a rocket attack by Russian forces on a neighborhood in the village of Shevchenkov, Kupyan district.
Fighting between Ukrainians and Russians is continuing in almost the entire territory of Ukraine, while Kiev's counteroffensive in the East is still going on.
