The incoming Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy in Tirana, David Wisner, recently met with Yuri Kim, Acting Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, in Washington DC. 

Through a reaction on Twitter, the Assistant Secretary on Duty congratulated Mr. Wisner for his new assignment in Albania. 

It is also reported that the focus of their meeting was the strong US-Albania partnership and continuous cooperation in the fields of democracy, defence and business.
