A 44-year-old man died in Lake Ohrid of Pogradec. 

It is suspected that the man with the initials J.S. may have died as a result of a cardiac arrest at the moment he entered the lake to bathe. 

"On 29.06.2023, at around 18:00, in the village of Udënisht, Pogradec, on Lake Ohrid, citizen J. S., 44 years old, from Skopje, North Macedonia, at the moment he entered the lake to bathe, died.

From the preliminary examination of the victim's body, no signs of violence were found and it is suspected that this citizen may have died as a result of cardiac arrest. The investigative team is working to fully clarify the circumstances and determine the cause of the loss of life", made known the police.
