Victim of Vehicle Explosion Had Criminal Records

On 31.05.2017 he was declared wanted by the Police Commissariat No. 2 Tirana, after the Court of Tirana has assigned the security measure "Prison arrest", for the criminal offense "Objection to a public order employee". On 23.08.2018, the Court of Tirana sentenced him to 8 months imprisonment for this offense.
On 29.05.2017 he was declared wanted by the Police Commissariat No. 2 Tirana for the criminal offenses "Punishment due to duty", "Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer" and "Objection to a public order employee";
On 09.07.2019 he was declared wanted by the Saranda Police Commissariat, after in cooperation with another citizen, during a conflict for weak motives, they stabbed the citizen A.
