Flamur Noka is one of the supporter of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. Since September 9, when the Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha announced the exclusion of Sali Berisha from the parliamentary group, he strongly opposed this decision and took a position alongside the former prime minister. 

Noka is also among those excluded from the Democratic Party, while in Monday's session in the Parliament, he was sitting in the last row, next to Sali Berisha. 

The cameras in the Parliament have focused on his cell phone, while the conversations stand out, where he is seen communicating with political opponents. In the "Whatsapp" application, Noka communicated today with the Speaker of the Parliament, Lindita Nikolla. The conversation takes place at 12:17, the time when the plenary session took place. "Let Berisha once again for the procedure", Noka is learned to have written to the Speaker of the Parliament. He also communicated with the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja.
