Who Violates the Law, Will Be Punished; Rama

In the first meeting of the new government, Prime Minister Edi Rama warned the ministers that whoever violates the law will be punished by the justice institutions.

The head of government urged ministers to keep family members away from state offices and away from public funds.

"Whoever does not tell the truth will take on the responsibilities, political, moral, institutional and legal. In the first meeting I give a message: You do not become a minister yourself, the prime minister makes you, but I do not keep you in this position, you have to hold it by yourself

Whoever takes the wrong step, will be punished by the law enforcement bodies, not by me. This is my message. I will support you unsparingly, I will defend you publicly without any reservations against any aggression and opponent of progress, I will protect your back from any wind, but neither I nor the SP will be behind whoever throws a step outside the floor of the law.

My family has nothing to do with state affairs. I would ask you to keep your families away from the doors of state offices, from public funds, and from the requests of third parties, whether cousins or relatives", said Rama.
