'We Will Defeat Entire Western World,' Russian Journalist Claims

The Kremlin is at war with NATO and defeated Ukraine in the "first two or three days" of the war, Russian journalist Margarita Simonyan has claimed.

In a clip shared by Ukrainian official Anton Gerashchenko, Ms Simonyan is seen telling panellists on Russia's state television that the Kremlin would defeat the West.

Ms Simonyan, who is editor-in-chief of the Russian state-controlled media organisation RT, says some people call the ongoing crisis in Ukraine a "military operation" and others a "war" but she "does not see much difference" between the two descriptions.
She claims that Ukraine was "defeated in the first two or three days" of the war and now Russia is fighting NATO and non-NATO countries.

"So now there is a war with NATO on the territory of Ukraine," she adds.

"Just think, what will happen when we win this war? I deliberately say not if we win, I say when we win because I don't even want to think about 'if', God willing.

"Just think about it, we will defeat the entire Western world, which is now sending in all its might."
