conversation by Marin Gjonaj, CEO and founder of DIGICOM, the telecom operator

that has brought one of the most innovative technologies in electronic

communications, in the Albanian market.&nbsp;

The 100% optic fiber network and services, to every home.&nbsp; “The nature of disruptive businesses works explains

how a new entrant finds its way into a crowded market segment, by providing a

innovative solution, new values and a game change for the provision of already

known and used Telco services.&nbsp; This is

the case of Digicom, who, at the beginning of this entrepreneurship, was

discouraged to enter a market where there were already 80 alternative operators

offering Telco services, but as of today, in only 2 years of retail activity, the

company owns a 5% of market share, and a rapidly growing customer base

therefore becoming a true “market disruptor”.&nbsp;

The introduction of the Fiber in residential customers together with the

boost of cloud services, was offered to the market by Digicom at the first time,

and is becoming today a necessity for every internet user, rather than just

remaining a want.&nbsp; In terms of the

company, what was once the competitive advantage needed to enter this specific market,

has now become a corporate philosophy, where the processes from acquisition, to

provisioning, and customer service feedback, are performed with the speed,

accuracy, and perfection, of the optic fiber.&nbsp;

This has ensured a happier, and loyal customer base, while still

continuing to stay disruptive in the market as a clear competitive advantage”-

said Gjonaj.</p>
