Some 130 judge and prosecutors complained to the European Court of the Human Rights in order to object the decision against them of the vetting in Albania.

Sources from this court, confirmed that all of them were discharged by vetting and considered the process unfair. 

In Strasbourg complained even those who gave resignation before the vetting decision and were banned to run for high judicial bodies.

So far, this court gave 7 decision for these kind of complaint by Albania.

But only in one case, a prosecutor returned in his duty.
