Following messages of former US Ambassadors to Albania, the current American Ambassador Yuri Kim is the one to conclude the congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between the United States and Albania.

Ambassador Yuri Kim singles out Albania as a special country to serve to as a diplomat, where she has felt the warmth of the people as well as the deep bond between two countries since the first day the Ambassador arrived in Albania.

"Last week, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between the United States and Albania and marked this important date for our countries by posting video messages sent by former U.S. Ambassadors to the Albanian people. We conclude our celebrations with the message by our current U.S. Ambassador Yuri Kim, who arrived in Tirana in January 2020. "It is a privilege to serve as an American diplomat anywhere around the world – but let me say that Albania is special.
