President of the Republic of Albania, Ilir Meta appraised this Friday contribution to Albanian football of Former Captain of Albanian National Team, as well as “Dinamo” Team, Mujo Targaj.

President of the Republic announced that today he had the pleasure to award the title "Grand Master" to one of the most prominent captains of Albanian National Team and Dinamo” Team of the 1980s, Mujo Targaj.

Meanwhile, President of Albania declared that he honors Targaj’s passion, perseverance, professionalism and patriotism throughout all his extraordinary career, by which he left behind a precious heritage, an example for young people and young women who want to fulfill their dreams.

In conclusion, Head of State proclaimed that Targaj is an example of correctness and grace in the green field of football.

“In appraising his extraordinary contribution to football, as one of the most prominent captains of Albanian National Team and "Dinamo” Team of the 1980, today I had the special pleasure to praise with the title "Grand Master", one of the personalities of our sport, loved by all Albanian sports fans, Mujo Targaj.
