Prime Minister Rama has expressed solidarity with Croatian leaders over the earthquake that struck Croatia at noon on Tuesday.

In a Twitter post, Rama wrote that Albania will make its modest contribution to help the neighboring country:

"Today I conveyed the expression of brotherly solidarity to President Milanovic and Prime Minister Plenkovic, for the disaster over the city of Petrinja!

Albania is close to the heart of friendly Croatia and will give its modest help in healing the open wound from the strong earthquake."

A magnitude 6.3 earthquake shook Croatia on Tuesday. So far, 5 victims, 20 injured and dozens of damaged buildings have been discovered.
