Albanian Tourism Union Demands Removal of Covid-19 Restrictions
Representatives of private enterprises, under the grouping of the Albanian Tourism Union, have demanded removal of Covid-19 restrictions.
Through a letter addressed to the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu, Mira Rakacolli, Director of the Technical Committee of Experts and Blendi Klosi, Minister of Tourism and Environment, they have requested a change in Covid-19 measures.
According to them, these measures are penalizing them in the tourist season and the services for foreign tourists.
They have two requests, the first is the abolition of the curfew, because the tourists coming from abroad happen to travel at night from Rinas airport and are often penalized by the police due to covid-19 restrictions.
The second request of the Albanian Tourism Union is related to the postponement of the music allowed hour. They demand that music be allowed until midnight at 00:00 and not as it is now until 22:00.
