Paris will be the ultimate center of technology and innovation between June 11 to 14, 2025, thanks to the next edition of VivaTech, Europe’s largest conference for start-ups, innovative businesses and advanced technologies. Albania will be represented in these global conference under the motto “Albania Future Now”, part of the Innovation Now, a popular campaign of EU4Innovation (GIZ) and the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, aiming at promoting, nationally and internationally, the Albanian innovation ecosystem.

Four key actors of the Albanian innovation and economic development ecosystem will participate in this international innovation scene: Durana and TEDA, Albania’s newley built technology parks, established by the Albanian Investment Corporation (AIC) and AIDA.

Durana Tech Park is one of the most ambitious projects that aims to transform into the epicenter of technological research, innovation and production. Through strategic support for small and medium-sized enterprises, Durana Technology Park aims to attract foreign and domestic investments.

At the other hand, TEDA Tirana is the first free economic zone in Albania and because of its geographical position, in the heart of the Balkans, with abundant natural resources and a clear focus on green energy, creates a favorable environment for sustainable and innovative projects. TEDA offers an ideal platform for business expansion in a favorable fiscal and logistical environment.

The Albanian Investment Corporation (AIC) aims at promoting sustainable economic and social development in the country by efficiently using state assets and public and private capital, through the transformation of new ideas into strategic national and regional investment projects, including science and technology parks, fair industries, tourism and the real estate industry.

The Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) supports domestic and foreign investors who wish to develop successful businesses in Albania, offering them full assistance for their projects, from market analysis and identification of potential sectors, to post-investment services.

With its participation in VivaTech 2025, Albania confirms its commitment to being an active part of the global innovation map. Under the motto “Innovation Now - Albania Future now”, Albania will not only present the most important national projects, but will also build bridges of cooperation with international actors, start-ups and major investors.
