Interior Minister, Taulant Balla informed Wednesday that the law for the address system will change.

He urged to all the Albanians to declare their addresses as the system will be improved.  

"We all agree that we have a digital revolution in services, which has brought savings in money and time that they spend to get the necessary documents.

I humbly appeal to every citizen to declare where they live or stay. I also address the Albanian citizens who live outside Albania, we make it mandatory to declare the place of residence. Citizens can do this online. Citizens who live outside of Albania should write in the online platform e-Albania where they live" said Balla.
