Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has made irony of Prime Minister Edi Rama through a photo montage by placing a cannabis plant in his hands.

It is about the photo of Prime Minister Edi Rama sitting on the steps of the building in Brussels after the First Intergovernmental Conference where the European Union opened negotiations with Albania and North Macedonia. 

In what Rama has described as 'Photo of the Day', Berisha accompanies the photo-montage with the caption "with the plant of the heart", where Rama holds a cannabis plant in his hand. 

Meanwhile, earlier, Edi Rama was present in Brussels where he participated in the Intergovernmental Conference together with the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, where they were recognized by high officials of the European Union for the opening of negotiations with Albania and the launch of a new chapter of Albania in relation to the Union.
