EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has congratulated Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti after the two countries' delegations agreed to implement the energy agreement in Brussels. 

Through a status on social media, Borell says that he also talked to the Serbian president and the prime minister of Kosovo, saying that this decision is an achievement of both countries. 

"I spoke today with Aleksandar Vucic and Albin Kurti to congratulate them on reaching an agreement on the energy roadmap. This is a big and important step forward for the EU-facilitated dialogue and there will be concrete results for all citizens," writes Borrell.
