Head of the Central Elections Commission (CEC) Ilirjan Celibashi has met Tuesday with the Italian Ambassador to Albania Fabrizio Bucci and Deputy Ambassador Alberto Petrangeli.

The three officials have talked about the electoral process, vote of immigrants and technology in Albania. Ambassador Bucci considered the meeting very fruitful saying that the role of CEC is important to guarantee free and fair elections. 

He guarantee the support of Italy on the electoral process and CEC's work. 

Meanwhile, CEC’s Head has thanked the Italian Embassy to Albania for the support it has provided to its institution.

“The electoral process, vote of immigrants & technology were part of the very friendly conversation with the Italian Ambassador Fabrizio Bucci & Deputy Ambassador Alberto Petrangeli.
