The number of people hospitalized due to Covid-19 in Albania decreased significantly recently from over a hundred to just dozens; Health Ministry confirmed Saturday.

According to the last data, there are 44 people hospitalized in Covid-19 hospitals in Tirana, while 102 people have tested positive in the last 24 hours from over 1400 tests done nationwide. 

Most of the cases were in Tirana (38), Fier (8), Berat (5), Vlore, Delvine, Sarande and Elbasan (4), etc.

Health Ministry also confirmed that there are 1570 people with an active Covid-19 infection nationwide, as Health Committee of Experts lifted curfew just a day ago.
