A 21-year-old man was arrested this Saturday after he crashed to death with a vehicle two people.

The victims were an uncle and his nephew, who were walking near Mjede village. 

According to the preliminary data, police informed that the vehicle glided due to humidity, and the driver lost the control of the car.

The victim was a man, 63-year-old and his nephew 43-year-old.
