The complete file of the Prosecution regarding the mysterious death of four Russian tourists in a hotel in Qerret of Kavaja has been revealed. 

In the file it is stated that no signs of violence were found on the bodies of the deceased, while samples from the pool water and chlorine used for disinfection were taken for examination. 

PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE FILE:

On 15.10 around 22.10 the notification was received that in Qerret, Golem Kavaja in Hotel Gloria Palace, in the premises of SPA were found 4 people without signs of life. The investigation group went to the scene and under the direction of the prosecutor the first investigative actions were carried out where it turned out that Russian citizens: Sergei Burenkov, 60 years old, Natalia Burenkova, 58 years old, Ekatetina Burenkova 31 years old and Nikita Belousov, 37 years old, accommodated on vacation in the hotel, on October 10, 2021 were found without signs of life in the SPA premises by the hotel staff around 22.00 on 15.10.2021. 

External examination of the corpses did not reveal any signs of violence. These citizens at 10:07 on 15.10.2021 left the border point of Qafe Thana and returned at 17:07 on 15.10.2021 from the border point of Tushemisht. Around 20:00 they returned to the hotel where they booked the SPA facilities. The bodies were transported to the morgue of QSU, Tirana, where they will undergo forensic examination to determine the cause of death. 

From the verifications performed, it results that the victims are related between them, two parents, their daughter and their son-in-law. From the inspection of the scene it was concluded that: The bodies were found on the ground floor (floor 0) of the hotel building where on the north side of this floor is the area of ??the warm pool and SPA. Located in an environment with dimensions 22.2 -8.4 m, in the center of which is the swimming pool with dimensions 11.5 x 6.5 m with a volume of 60m3 water. At the northwest end of this environment is located, the sauna which at the moment of inspection results in work and on its dashboard is read the electronic note 19:14 and temperature 63 degrees Celsius. Around the perimeter of the pool are placed in a row white plastic sunbeds. 

In the northeast corner of the pool near the first deck chair in a row, the body of a male citizen later identified as that of citizen Sergei Burenkov is lying on the ground. On the east side of the pool in the middle of its length are next to each other two other corpses, a male and a female identified as Natalia Burenkova and Nikita Belousov and these two corpses lying in a disordered condition. On the west side of the pool in the middle deck chair is lying and without any life on the deck the body of the citizen Ekaterina Burenkova. 

No bodily injuries were observed from any of the corpses. Two cell phones of the victims and the clothing used by them were taken as material evidence from this environment. Subsequently, two water samples were taken from the pool water according to standard procedures for further laboratory examination, separated from each other one for examination with a volume of 1000 ml and one for storage with a volume of 100 ml. Two samples were also taken for further examination, apparently chlorine powder used for disinfection and treatment of pool water, chlorine samples were taken separately in the amount of 100 ml each for analysis and the other for storage. Also from the rooms where the victims were accommodated, food products and their waste were taken for further examinations in order to be examined. 

In the function of investigative actions for this event, among others, the film footage of the security cameras were administered, where from their preliminary examination it results that the victims until the moment of entering the premises of the SPA were in good physical condition.
