The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Ermonela Felaj, has excluded the Democratic Party MP, Edmond Spaho, from this Thursday's session, as he was constantly blowing the whistle, disrupting the peace in the Parliament hall. 

At the same time, Spaho is also accused of blocking the pulpit. In addition to being excluded from the session, Felaj punished Edmond Spaho with a fine equivalent to a working day. 

Earlier, Felaj took measures against Spaho by removing his right to speak and warned him that he will take this measure every time he violates the rules.
