The mayor of Divjaka, Fredi Kokoneshi, has responded to the accusations of the Democratic Party MPs, who asked the General Prosecutor's Office to investigate him as he is suspected of being involved in prostitution. 

Kokoneshi says that these are repeated accusations from 2018. He states that in a decision of the prosecution in 2019, his figure is clean. 

The socialist mayor has accused Democrat MP Gazment Bardhi of blackmailing him, as the property of a resort in Divjakë is being verified, where, according to Kokoneshi, it is a refuge for the democrat. 

"Repeated accusations. The same as in 2018. There is a decision of the prosecutor's office on July 15, 2019 where my profile is clean, after checks inside and outside the country. Accusations arrive due to a member of the DP national council, Dritan Stërkaj. 

His Divjaka resort is Gazmend Bardhi's refuge resort. Just as I reported them to the prosecutor's office, I will report them again! Gaz Bardhi wants to blackmail me, because I am verifying the properties of Divjaka resort", said the mayor.
