The leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has reacted following the 6.4 magnitude earthquake that hit Croatia.

In a post he made on social networks, Basha says that thoughts and prayers go to the families of the victims, while wishing a speedy recovery to those who have been injured.

"I am saddened by the news of the earthquake in Croatia today. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims. Solidarity with the Croatian people and authorities and I wish a speedy recovery to the injured," Basha wrote.
