The head of the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) Altin Dumani gave Tuesday another version of the appearance of Tirana's Mayor, Erion Veliaj.

In an answer for BIRN media, Dumani said that SPAK called Veliaj since last Wednesday, not that he want to testify with his will at this prosecution. 

"He was called since last Wednesday to be questioned as a person that has knowledge of the circumstances of the Tirana incinerator case," said Dumani for BIRN.

Meanwhile, Veliaj after seven hours of testimony at SPAK, said that he want to speak from weeks to the prosecutor over this case and that he is happy to have done it.
