The Prosecution's Office in Elbasan issued a restraining order for the 40-year-old man, Durim Koci who brutally beat the guard of a school in Elbsan. 

He is under accuse for violating due to the duty the guard in the institution where he was working. 

Prosecution saw the footage where the man was violating the guard in front of the children, as he fell down due to violence.

Koci was the Socialist Party head of Elbasan. He was stopped by police after the episode and the denunciation of the guard.
