Elected MP Seeks Answer to Several Questions in DP’s National Assembly

Former and elected MP of the Democratic Party (DP), Grida Duma, focused on several topics and asked some questions this Saturday during her speech in the National Assembly.

DP’s member raised the questions on how her party will operate, what decisions and strategies it will follow and how the democrats will be rewarded for their contribution as she brought the letter of a sympathizer, which through an anecdote claimed that her entity has brought freedom to Albania.

Duma then showed the first moments he met in hospital with Bledi Okshtuni, the PD activist that was injured during the election campaign in Kavaja. Okshtuni told the MP that "his revenge would be taken on April 25" and Duma mentioned the way how the DP could be stronger and more competitive.

“I cannot forget any sacrifice, from prison days for protests, to fines and threats just because you are Democrats. I cannot and do not want to forget the looks, the sadness, the tired and extinguished eyes of the Democratic commissioners and counters, on the night of April 25 and the next morning, while they could not touch the result that belonged to them.

What was the right word in those moments?!

The question remains, and we have many more questions today; how will we proceed; what decisions and strategies we will follow, how we will find the path of achievement; how we will return the contribution to the Democrats; how, how?!

These require answers, which are not found unless we ask further than these, the other appropriate questions and do not remain here.

Undoubtedly, we know the whole truth, we know that the means of evil came together, crime, theft, threat came together. Yes, we know these; today’s problem is that all of these that came together are holding people’s fates in their hands. The fates of Albanians and democrats”, stated Duma.
