Ex-Headmaster Denounces Political Prosecution from DP Headquarters
Democratic Party (DP) of Albania has opened this Sunday its doors for citizens who want to voice their complaints, from where the former headmaster of a school in Kavaja, Bledar Teferiçi, has denounced the case of discrimination against him and his family for political reasons.
From the blue headquarters, Teferiçi said that the persecution of his family happened by the mayor of Kavaja, and it is related to the dismissal or transfer of anyone who does not have the same party conviction as him.
"I am Bledar Teferici. On behalf of the Teferici family, mine and my wife, Alma, I want to denounce today a case of political persecution and discrimination.
This action has had serious economic, professional, social and health consequences. It violated every right that every citizen of the Republic of Albania should have guaranteed by law.
We direct this denunciation against the bankrupt Mayor, of the bankrupt municipality of Kavaja, Redjan Krali and his servile patronazis, they sign in total legal and professional irresponsibility, the practice of transfer and dismissal from work to pressure political opponents.
- The Deputy Mayor of the bankrupt Kavaje Municipality, Guxim Kola.
- To the Human Resources Director of the bankrupt Kavaje Municipality, Denis Haveriku.
- To the Director of Preschool Education in the bankrupt municipality of Kavaje, Xorxhina Germajsi.
- Director of Kindergarten No. 1 "Hap Pas Hapi", in the bankrupt Kavaje Municipality, Enigreta Reseli.
The ordeal of persecution and political discrimination of our family starts early, since May 2018... until today.
I- I leave my job as the director of the Vocational High School, with an anti-legal letter from the former minister of the time, Arben Ahmetaj, with the motivation "not fulfilling the job criteria". I would like to inform you that: I have an 18-year career in education (6 years as a teacher, 12 years as a leader, precisely at the March 26 school...).
I inform you that, in addition to a long educational career, without any remarks of any kind, my file includes: Professional master's degree in Education Administration and Management, as well as numerous trainings from the relevant Ministries and EU projects, all in operation of the task I was holding.
II - As a citizen who believes in the legality of state institutions, I turn to the court, which very quickly gives me the right to compensation and return to work. But, it is not said. Political blindness makes me wander for 3 years through the doors of the ministry, where, in total legal and professional irresponsibility, they do not implement the decisions of the courts", said the former headmaster among other things.
