The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has reacted after the services of E-Albania were blocked due to a cyber attack that according to the National Agency of the Information Society (AKSHI) happened to this platform.

Manjani ironically emphasizes that this event happened right at the time when "the online planting academy was about to open". Meanwhile, he adds that the Government will now announce another secret tender to catch the cyberneticist who is abroad, but this has a cost.

"Cyber attack on AKSHI?! Wow! Where did you find us now that we were opening the online planting academy...! Urgently a secret tender to catch the cyberneticist, who is also abroad. There is a cost. Oops! We lost the lights. Come on, you know we need a cell phone battery", ironizes Manjani.
