An amount of explosive TNT shocked the city of Shkodra this Sunday morning few minutes after 03:00 am.

The explosion happened at the house of the judge Tonin Sterkaj of Shkodra, while so far police said that the cameras in the area filmed the perpetrator.

He was a man with dark clothes, who came walking, throw the explosive on the door of judge's house and leave.

The judge was inside the house when the explosion happened, along with his family. 

Speaking to the police officers, he suspects that the explosion is only due to the duty in Shkodra Court

"I do not know who made this act. I am a judge and have dozens of files every day,“ he said.

Fortunately the explosion caused only material damages.
