Ministers in Albania will not have any connection anymore with public tenders. 

Prime Minister, Edi Rama, made it clear today that a new society created just two weeks ago will made everything.

According to the Prime Minister, this new society will be assisted by European partners. A digital catalog, he said that is being created for small purchases for all public institutions, so that according to the prime minister, ministries should not open a tender for every blackboard, office chair or table, but buy directly the catalog called "ark zone". 

As a result, with the creation of this new society, no minister and no structure of dependence will have anything to do with tenders, but will deal only with sectoral policies.
