Democrat Member of Parliament, Flamur Noka, was sued at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) this Thursday.

The criminal file was made by the lawyer Idajet Beqiri for the concession of the identity cards and biometric passports, when he was Interior Minister.

The 'Aleat' company should submit to the state the equipment, but Noka postponed the concession with 10 years and the company decrease the costs and lie about the investments.
