The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani, stated that "Albania strongly condemns this Saturday morning's attacks by Hamas against Israel". 

"We stand unwaveringly against terrorism. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families and all of Israel," the minister wrote on social networks. 

Through a press release, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs announced that it is closely following the tense situation in Israel, while announcing that according to the data so far, no Albanian citizen has been injured by these attacks. 

"All Albanian citizens in Israel should follow the instructions of the local authorities and in any case contact the Albanian Embassy in Israel at the contact number: +972 54-4806601", says the press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. More than 100 people have been injured in Israel due to rocket attacks from the Gaza Strip against the southern and central areas of the country.
