The Special Prosecution against Corruption closed investigations and condemned with 12 years of jail, Paul Deda, Leonidha Sejdiaj and Hamid Seferi for drugs trafficking.

Deda was known as the guard of former Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri. He will suffer only eight years due to shortened sentence.

The serving of the sentence for the defendant Paul Deda and the two others, according to SPAK, will start from the day of the execution of the final decision and the sentence will be carried out in a high security prison.
