Ilir Beqaj is under accuse for 'Duty abuse' when he was Minister of Health.

The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) communicated to him the accuse this Monday, an accuse that Beqaj said that he will object it at the court.

"Today I appeared at the prosecutor's office in front of the investigators, where they informed me of the end of the investigation and that they took me as  defendant for the criminal offense of abuse of office," said Beqaj, while contesting the charge.

Beqaj claimed that he had fulfilled the obligations of the constitution and the law "On health care" to guarantee equal health care for all, while adding that the public sector had made a profit from the concession of sterilization of medical equipment.
