The former lawyer Irgen Kërçuku was condemned by the Special Court against Corruption with two years of jail.

He was accused for being corrupted by Aleksandër Laho, known as 'Rrumi i Shijakut', arrested in November 2019 after a murder attempt with former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja.

Investigations showed that in his phone was found a video done in 2017 when he was speaking with the lawyer Irgen Kërçuku, asking him to not appeal the process for 45 mijë ha property in Gjiri i Lalzit.

Irgen Kërçuku, is accused for 'Passive Corruption'.
