Former Mayor of Elbasan Passes Away, Age 73
Former Mayor of Elbasan, Qazim Sejdini passed away this Wednesday age 73.
Sejdini who directed the Municipality of Elbasan for three mandates, died after a long and dangerous disease.
He was Mayor of Elbasan from 2007 to 2019.
