The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) took as defendant this Tuesday the former mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia for the criminal offense of "Obstacles to the execution of court decisions", provided for by Article 320 of the Criminal Code.

Spahia was denounced by Mark Molla, who pretended that the former mayor fired him as water supply director, without having target to do this.

Former democrat MP, did not gave any explanation over this case.
