General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, has signed the changes in the central and local structures of the State Police. 

In the official announcement, the State Police emphasizes that these changes come within the framework of fulfilling the priorities set for the 100 days and beyond, as well as giving new impulses, in order to achieve better results in the fight against crime in general, economic-financial crimes, cultivation and trafficking of narcotics, as well as crimes against property. 

Changes: 

1. Senior Director Tonin Vocaj, until now Deputy General Director of the State Police, receives the rank of "First Director" and is appointed Director of the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police; 

2. First Director Sokol Bizhga, until now Director of the Directorate of Operational Movement Forces, in the Department for Public Security, in the DPSSH, receives the rank of "Senior Director" and is appointed Deputy Director General of the State Police; 

3. First Director Lorenc Panganika, until now Director of the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, is appointed Director of the Local Police Directorate of Fier; 

4. First Director Arben Dashi, until now Director of the Directorate against Crimes against Person and Property, in the Department of Criminal Police, in DPPSH, is appointed Director of the Local Police Directorate of Kukës; 

5. First Director Edmond Sulaj, until now Director of the Kukës Local Police Directorate, is appointed Director of the Directorate against Crimes against Person and Property, in the Department of Criminal Police, in the DPSH; 

6. Director Gentian Ndoi, until now Head of Unit "E" - Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in the Investigation Directorate, in the Criminal Police Department, in the DPPSH, is appointed Director of the Directorate for Economic and Financial Crimes, in the Criminal Police Department , in the DPPSH; 

7. First Director Ervin Hodaj, until now a professor at the Faculty of Security and Investigation, at the Academy of Security, is appointed Director of the Shkodër Local Police Directorate; 

8. Director Ermal Muçaj, until now Deputy Director for Crime Investigation, in the Korçë Local Police Directorate, is appointed Director of the Vlora Police Local Directorate; 

9. Chief Commissioner Gentian Berberi, until now Director of the Local Directorate of the Vlora Police, is appointed Head of Unit "E" - Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in the Investigation Directorate, in the Department of Criminal Police, in the DPPSH; 

10. First Director Hamdi Fjora, until now Director of the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, is appointed Director of the Directorate of Operational Mobility Forces, in the Department for Public Security, in the DPSH; 

11. First Director Alfred Çepe, until now Director of the Fier Local Police Directorate, is appointed Director of the Faculty of Criminal Investigation, at the Security Academy; 

12. First Director Lutfi Minxhozi, until now Director of the Directorate for Economic and Financial Crimes, in the Department of Criminal Police, in DPSSH, is appointed professor in the Faculty of Security and Investigation, in the Academy of Security; 

13. First Director Zef Laska, until now Director of the Directorate of Public Order, in the Department for Public Security, in DPPSH, is appointed Director of the Human Resources Directorate, in the Department for Support Services, in DPPSH; 

14. Manager Vilma Ibrahimi, until now Head of the Analysis and Information Sector, in the Directorate of Criminal Analysis and Information, in the Department of Criminal Police, in the DPPSH, is appointed Director of the Directorate of Analysis and Criminal Information, in the Department of Criminal Police, in DPSHP; 

15. Manager Arben Joco, until now Director of the Local Directorate of Border and Migration Shkodër, is appointed Director of the Local Directorate for Border and Migration, Tirana; 

16. Director Altin Merizaj, until now Deputy Director for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Serious Crimes, in the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police, is appointed Director of the Local Directorate for Borders and Migration, Shkodër; 

17. Director Ndue Doçi, until now Director of the Local Directorate for Border and Migration, Durrës, is appointed Director of the Local Directorate for Border and Migration, Gjirokastër; 

18. Chief Commissioner Luan Arifaj, until now a specialist in the Sector for Economic Crimes, in the Directorate for Economic and Financial Crimes, in the Criminal Police Department, in the DPSSH, after gaining the rank of "Director", is appointed Director of the Local Directorate for Borders and Migration, Durrës; 

19. Manager Sokol Cana, until now Director of the Local Directorate for Border and Migration, Gjirokastër, is appointed Deputy Director for Crime Investigation, in the Local Police Directorate of Kukes; 

20. Chief Commissioner Armir Gjikolaj, until now Head of the "Fast Albania" Unit, in the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, in the Department of Criminal Police, in the DPPSH, is appointed Deputy Director for Security and Community Policing, in the Local Directorate of the Durrës Police ; 

21. Chief Commissioner Alket Shatro, until now Head of Police Station No. 6, Tirana, is appointed Deputy Director for Crime Investigation, in the Local Police Directorate of Tirana; 

22. Commissioner Ermal Lila, until now Deputy Director for Crime Investigation, in the Kukes Local Police Directorate, is appointed Head of the Durrës Police Station; 

23. Chief Commissioner Vilson Bala, until now Head of the Durrës Police Station, is appointed Head of Police Station No. 6, Tirana; 

24. Director Aida Çobo, until now assistant to the Deputy Director General of the State Police, is appointed Head of the Department for Minors and Domestic Violence, in the Directorate against Crimes against Persons and Property, in the Department of Criminal Police, in the DPPSH; 

25. Director Silvana Sulaj, until now Head of the Sector for Minors and Domestic Violence, in the Directorate against Crimes against Person and Property, in the Department of Criminal Police, in DPPSH, is appointed assistant to the Deputy General Director of the State Police;
