The Special Court Against Organized Crime and Corruption (GJKKO) has published the official document detailing the criminal activity of 32 persons for whom arrest warrants have been issued by the SPAK. 

These 32 names include some of the most dangerous criminals operating in Albania in the last 10 years, who have committed and ordered most of the crimes committed in Tirana, Durres and Elbasan. 

They are Ervis Martinaj, Nuredin Dumani, Talo Cela, Henrik Mehmetaj, Eljo Bitri, Festim Qoli, Petrit Qoli, Alban Bengasi, Agron Qoli, Ervin Merlika, Alket Xhixha, Suel Cela, Agron Mehja, Aleks Cela, Ilirjan Feci, Gentian Sharra, Agron Qafa, Asllan Plaku, Agim Gjini, Mikael Qosja, Abedin Mama, Altin Ndoci, Fatos Gosa, Erion Alibeaj, Skerdi Tase, Enver Diva, Besian Xhixha, Florenc Cekrezi, Florenc Çapja, Elvis Koci, Adrian Uzuni and Leonard Palushi.
