Police Who Killed Little Girl in Himara to Face Court

Former head of the Himara police station, Arjan Tase, who killed the 7-year-old girl with his speedboat on the coast of Potami beach, is expected to appear before the court this Friday to be communicated the security measure. 

Based on field sources' confirmation, Tase was expected to appear before the court this morning, but the hearing on security measure for him has been postponed to 11:15. 

However, the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora is expected to toughen the charge against Arjan Tase. 

Initially, the Police Supervision Agency (AMP) brought the charge of "Murder due to carelessness" which can be punished with a fine, while the prosecution is expected to charge Tasen with "Intentional murder".
