High Court asked Permission for Interrogation of Officer Jeton Lami

The investigations into the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj continue, while the Prosecutor's Office of Kurbini has appealed to the High Court with two requests for Jeton Lami, the former operational officer arrested for abuse of office. 

One of the requests is the permission to question the defendant, in relation to the investigations that this Prosecutor is doing after the family members of Ervis Martinaj reported that they have lost contact with him. 

While Lami was the last person referred to the data that the investigative authorities have, who was seen in the company of Martinaj. 

Prosecutor's Office of Kurbini also requests to uphold the decision of the First Instance and the Appeal, for imprisonment of Lami. 

The former officer was arrested on August 24 of last year at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of Laçi, on the charge of "Abuse of duty".
