Another incident was recorded Sunday at a polling station in the village of Vashmi, in Maliq of Korca district.

Sorces have confirmed for the Albaniandailynews.com that a man and awoman were hit with a chairs by a Democratic party (DP) observer. Suspicions are intact that the violence was exercised because the couple are Socialst Party (SP) supporters.

Nevertheless, the incident took place in the corridor of the polling station. The couple has suffered several bodily injuries. In the municipality of Maliq, voter turnout was high, around 31.7%.
