Ambassador Fabrizio Bucci Tirana will organize a launch ceremony for the "Week of Italy" on May 31, 2022, at 13.00, at the Residenza d’Italia (RrugaElbasanit, n. 2, Tirana). 

Established by the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama as part of the initiative "Albania welcomes the world", the Week of Italy will be a showcase on the role of Italy in Albania and will see the realization of more than forty initiatives throughout the territory and artistic, culinary, economic and musical events. 

The events will focus on young people and on possible partnerships between Italian and Albanian youth: noteworthy are the operatic representation of "A masked ball", the digital art work "Pink cities", the "Pizza Village in Piazza Italia . 

The Minister of Culture, Arch. Elva Margariti, and the Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj will also be present at the launch ceremony.
