Korça Prosecution Office has registered criminal proceeding no. 690 of 2025 concerning the offense of “Non-serious intentional injury,” as provided for in  Article 89 of the Criminal Code, against the minor F.D.
The proceeding was initiated following notification of a conflict on May 5, 2025, at approximately 19:15, inside the “Find Four” Bar-Café, located in Neighborhood No. 2, Republika Boulevard.

An investigative team was immediately deployed to the scene, where they spoke with people present during the incident. According to information gathered, on the third floor of the “Find Four” Bar-Café, the minor F.D. struck the citizen P.M. without provocation and any prior verbal exchange, causing injuries to her face and chest. The injuries have been classified as light bodily harm.
This conflict follows the registration of a separate criminal proceeding, on February 7, 2024, against the individual under investigation, P.M.
