The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, who is staying in New York where the 78th session of the United Nations Assembly is being held, has participated in the official reception organized by the President of the USA, Joe Biden. 

According to the Presidency of Kosovo, in a warm conversation with Biden, Osmani emphasized that the foundation of Kosovo's freedom and citizenship is the permanent alliance with the USA. 

"Consequently, in this context, Osmani reiterated the position that the partnership with America is existential, inviolable and irreplaceable. The President also had the opportunity to inform President Biden about the latest developments and the challenges that Kosovo is facing", the press release states. 

After this conversation, Osmani emphasized that she received strong guarantees from Biden for the continuous American support to Kosovo. 

"President Osmani has thanked President Biden for the help, which the USA continues to give to Kosovo on its way to stability and development", the announcement further states.
