Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption has decided this Saturday the security measure 'jail arrest' for Mayor of Bulqiza, Lefter Alla and 10 other defendants, as well as left in 'house arrest' two other officials arrested for abusing a tender. 

According to SPAK, Alla used his position as mayor to favor the company of his friend to win the tender worth ALL 322 million, for the construction of the water supply in Bulqiza. 

Arrest in prison: 

1. Lefter Alla – Mayor of Bulqiza Municipality; 
2. Enkeleda Lleshi – Vice Mayor; 
3. Erion Isaku – Director of Urban Planning; 
4. Kujtim Zogu – Director of Civil Defense; 
5. Rubin Kola – Urban planning engineer; 
6. Denis Xholi – Former Legal Director;
7. Leonard Daçi – General Secretary; 
8. Arsen Gjoka – Director of NJVKSH Bulqizë; 
9. Aqif Konesha (relative of the mayor Lefter Alla); 
10. Rasim Daci;
11. Dalo Gazidedja; 

House arrest: 

1. Ana Nishku (house arrest); 
2. Kastriot Ibrahimi (house arrest).

SPAK is investigating these officials for the criminal offenses "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions", "Abuse of duty", "Forgery of documents", "Forgery of forms", provided by articles 258, second paragraph, 248, 186/2,3, 190/1 of the Criminal Code.
