Mayor Veliaj Expresses Gratitude to Martyrs of the Nation
Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj has expressed this Friday his gratitude to the Martyrs of Nation, who are commemorated in Albania every May 5.
Through the social networks, Mayor Veliaj also shared a picture, in which the Municipality of Tirana is covered by a giant flag.
"Today May 5, National Martyrs' Day!
Glory, honor and eternal gratitude to the unforgettable Martyrs of the Motherland", stated the capital's Mayor.
Meanwhile, the Municipality of Tirana has paid special attention not only to the rehabilitation of the Martyrs' Cemetery, but also to the commemoration of historical dates and events for Albania.
