State Police has announced this Tuesday morning the arrest of two persons by the Police Commissariat no. 2: Alban Karapici, 38 years old and Leonardo Zela, 23 years old.

According to police information, the 38-year-old had adapted his apartment with bulbs for cannabis cultivation in several flower vases, which was then stored in jars and sold by the 23-year-old in the area of ??the former bus park in Tirana.

During the operation codenamed "Interaction" in the house of the "farmer" were seized vases with cannabis seedlings cultivated in them, 31 light bulbs, a quantity of about 140 grams of cannabis, which was packed in 7 glass jars of different sizes, a radios like those used by the Police, a wave blocker and a GPS search detector.

The 23-year-old was found in the apartment with 4 glass jars of cannabis, an electronic scale, a fist booster, quantities of suspected narcotic cannabis seeds and the sums of money divided into 11,150 euros and 11,000 pounds.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Production and sale of narcotics".
