Minister of Justice, Ulsi Mania reacted Sunday after the explosion at the judge's house in Shkodra.

Manja considered this a scandalous act made by cowards that want to intimidate justice. 

"I know Tonin Sterkaj since when I was prosecutor in Shkodra during 2002-2007. As a friend and colleague, I called him to express my support. This act of a coward will not intimidate justice. Justice will prevail," said Manja. 

An amount of TNT exploded this Sunday morning in the yard of the house of Tonin Sterkaj.
